Creativity Alert

Kathryn's post reminded me that I haven't yet reported on my Creative Project #4 for the month of March. I am trying to keep up with my goal to do at least one creative project a month for the entire year. This latest was a favor to my hubby....he is a model railroader and he's been working on these smaller t-trak modules, so I have been painting skyboards for him to match the scenery on the layout. Don't tell him, but I kind of enjoy it....it's been so long since I painted. And these little projects are not too long, so I can do them in my spare moments.

So your friends know all your smelly little secret now, huh....
They should know that in 7th grade you won the Springville Art Talent contest and you were written up in The Daily Herald" (Provo paper)
The girl is full of talents, she also was in the Selgaes (high school drill team) and also Sterling Scholar (2nd runner up) in Home making (funny story) because of her entrepreneurship of her ice cream and fry shop she had opened one summer called(Ollionyas) I'm sure I spelled that wrong, two year scholarship involved (saved her parents lots of money..., but you get the idea. Tonya can do anything she sets her little mind on. Signed...her Mom (someone who likes to brag about her when ever possible).

Truly spectacular! I DID know you could paint...from way back when you encouraged Todd to enter some of his works into the county fair. I've been amazed with your talent since way back then. Your backdrops are incredible, and enhance Scotts work perfectly...what a fun hobbie created by you both, and even more, one to share and take pride in together. Like I've stated before...one amazingly talented gal! I love love loved hearing your mom share more...doesn't surprise me at all! So cool!!!
